The Novo Nordisk Foundation Centers for Protein Research (CPR) and Stem Cell Biology (DanStem) at the University of Copenhagen are looking to recruit an Image Analysis Specialist

Your role:

You will be the first line contact for all platform users on all image analysis-related questions. Your everyday work includes both routine tasks and advanced support tasks:

Routine service and support:

Discuss user projects in collaboration with the microscopy specialist to optimize the data acquisition for subsequent analysis
Offer regular introductions to broadly used analysis programs (Image J, CellProfiler, Imaris, Olympus-ScanR Analysis, Perkin Elmer-Harmony, Huygens) for beginners and advanced users
Manage computer workstations for offline image analysis and take care of software purchases, installation, maintenance and updates (local IT-support is provided)

Advanced support:

Provide individual hands-on support and training on image analysis software tools and guidance in identifying optimal software and image analysis solutions
Develop custom tools and workflows for complex tasks in image analysis
Provide support for visualization and statistical evaluation of image data
