Responsibilities:

– Developing, performing and teaching basic and advanced image analysis tasks: image segmentation, objects detection & classification, feature extraction using variety of analytical tools, such an IMARIS, FIJI/ImageJ, Cell Profiler, Matlab

– Writing customized tools in ImageJ/Matlab/Python

– Teaching image analysis methods on workshops and courses organized by CELLIM

– Maintaining facility computers
