The CPR Imaging Platform would like to kindly invite you to a seminar by Christoph Sommer. Christoph is a specialist in image analysis and machine learning methods, one of the main developers of Cellcognition (http://www.cellcognition.org/) as well as a co-inventor of the ilastik image classification and analysis software (http://ilastik.org/).

He will speak about his latest work:  “CellCognition: Image Analysis of Live Cell Imaging Data”

A live demo of CellCognition will be part of the seminar. The seminar will take place on Thursday, June 29^th in the Green House seminar room at CPR (6-2-09) at 12:00. Coffee and refreshments will be provided afterwards
