Zeiss widefield microscope is an upright microscope. Samples can be illuminated with either fluorescent (for immunofluorescence stainings) or trasnmitted light (HE stainings for example). Samples can be viewed by up to three observers at the same time (conversation microscope) or captured with the CCD camera.
