The 9th Danish BioImaging Scientific Symposium will be held in central Copenhagen, Denmark on the 7th – 8th of May at the Danish Cancer Institute (DCI).

This year, the symposium will emphasize advancing cancer research through imaging technologies and it will be divided in three sections: Image Analysis, Microscope Techniques and Scientific Cancer research.

The Symposium will cover microscopy and state-of-the-art imaging technologies and image analysis tools used in cancer research and other disease fields.

Confirmed invited speakers include:

• Jakob Nilsson
• Judith Miné-Hattab

In addition to invited international speakers, young researchers at the PhD and postdoc level will be given the opportunity to present their research in short talks and in a poster session. Leading microscope vendors will present their newest technological developments.

Registration fee ( It will include catering for coffee breaks, poster sessions, and attendance at the symposium dinner).

We accept high-resolution JPEG, TIFF, HEIC, and PNG formats. The winner will be announced during the symposium and the submitted images may be displayed on the Danish Bioimaging and Euro-BioImaging website, social media and other channels.
