Dear Colleague,
I purchased a Zyla CMOS Camera 3 years ago. Apparently it needs regular service every 3 years. I was not told so, neither by Andor or the compagny that sold it to me. Just few days after I had it for 3 years we observed that the chip so destroyed by a gas leak. Actually we never use the camera and it was found by the service of our spinning disk, where this camera is mounted as an extra camera for wide field imaging. It will cost 2000 € to get it repaired ☹
Might it is time for using other brands.
