DESCRIPTION:Dear colleagues\, \nThe CPR Imaging Platform would like to kindly invite you to a seminar by Christoph Sommer. Christoph is a specialist in image analysis and machine learning methods\, one of the main developers of Cellcognition (http://www.cellcognition.org/) as well as a co-inventor of the ilastik image classification and analysis software (http://ilastik.org/). \nHe will speak about his latest work:  “CellCognition: Image Analysis of Live Cell Imaging Data” \nA live demo of CellCognition will be part of the seminar. The seminar will take place on Thursday\, June 29th in the Green House seminar room at CPR (6-2-09) at 12:00.
