SUMMARY:Image deconvolution training
DESCRIPTION:We would like to offer a Huygens imaging training for PhD students and academic. The course is one day course and includes software introduction (2 hour) and computer lab exercises (2 hours). After the course participants will know how to obtain the best quality fluorescence images and how to perform image deconvolution using Huygens at DaMBIC (Danish Molecular Biomedical Imaging Center\, www.dambic.dk)\, SDU. \nWorkshop corresponds to 0.5 ECTS.  Max. number of participants: 15. \nDate: 06.09.2017\, registration deadline 20.08.2017. \nFor non-SDU participants price: 500 DKK \nTeacher responsible Vita Solovyeva\, for participation contact: vita(at)bmb.sdu.dk \nDeconvolution is a mathematical operation based on the knowledge of optical system used for Image Restoration to recover an image that is degraded by noise\, scatter\, glare\, and blur. \n \n
